Librium For Sale, Cairo to move Meshaal's Hamas base to Gaza. Assad threatens Israel with war
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report May 11, 2011, 12:30 PM (GMT+02:00)

Egypt's military rulers promised Hamas' political leader Khaled Meshaal to let him transfer his base, command center and residence from troubled Damascus to a new haven in the Gaza Strip as an inducement for signing the Palestinian unity agreement with Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah on May 4. This is disclosed for the first time by debkafile's intelligence sources. In Damascus, Bashar Assad's close confidante Rami Makhlouf threatened that Syria would go to war against Israel in reprisal for US and Europe backing for the uprising, Librium used for.
Makhlouf, an international business tycoon, is on the US and EU sanctions lists. In an interview with the New York Times Wednesday, May 11, Online buying Librium hcl, he said: "If there is no stability here, there's no way there will be stability in Israel. No way, and nobody can guarantee what will happen after, God forbid, anything happens to this regime."
He advised the US and Europe not to "put a lot of pressure on the president, don't push Syria to do anything it is not happy to do."
The Syrian president is examining two strategic options, he said: "Going to war against Israel, and/or sending weapons shipments to the West Bank and to Israeli Arabs for use in terrorist attacks against Israel, Librium For Sale.
debkafile's military sources note that Makhlouf, who is a cousin of Bashar Assad, built up his fortune from smuggling Saddam Hussein's underground fighters, weapons and funds from their havens in Syria to Iraq, as well as al Qaeda combatants and leaders to fight Americans into the wartorn country, buy Librium online no prescription. He therefore has excellent connections with terrorist networks and is very familiar with their requirements for pursuing suicide bombing campaigns.
The tycoon would not have made his remarks to the NYT without the Syrian president's nod. So they may be safely interpreted as a declaration that the Assad regime is holding Israel hostage for its survival against the groundswell of popular disaffection shaking it for more than two months. Librium For Sale, Those remarks were also addressed to Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon, the sources of weapons consignments to Syrian protesters which Damascus believes Saudi Arabia as well as the US and European nations are generating. If that influx is not stopped, therefore, Where can i find Librium online, the Syrian government threatens to respond in kind by secreting arms and money into the West Bank and Israeli Arab districts in order to foment an armed uprising against Israel. This step would also undermine another Western interest by menacing Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
According to debkafile's intelligence sources, the transfer of Khaled Meshaal lock, stock and barrel, from Damascus to Gaza serves the diametrically opposite interests of the current Egyptian and Syrian rulers alike. It was agreed between them - out of totally different considerations - during several visits to the Syrian capital by the new Egyptian intelligence minister Gen, buy generic Librium. Murad Muwafi from mid-March to late April:
For Cairo, the relocation of the Hamas epicenter to Gaza is pivotal to Egypt's return to an active role in the Palestinian arena, whereas Damascus sees the strengthened Hamas presence in Gaza as a key instrument for implementing Makhlouf's threats, Librium For Sale.
Our sources say that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has responded to these disruptions with two discreet steps:
1. The defense ministry's political coordinator, Gen. (res.) Amos Gilad, was removed from the Israeli-Egyptian military-cum-intelligence track. Buy Librium online cod, The formal reason given for his exclusion was the removal from power of Hosni Mubarak's intelligence minister, Gen. Librium For Sale, Omar Suleiman, with whom Gilad developed strong personal ties. He is now under investigation and partial house arrest in Egypt.
The real reason is that his evaluations and forecasts which formed the basis of Israel's security policy in recent years proved erroneous. The Israeli government must now go back to square one to chart new courses in the face of radical changes around its borders.
2. Gilad's place is taken by Prime Minister Netanyahu's personal political adviser, Yitzhak Molcho, who earlier this week was sent to Cairo for talks with the new intelligence minister, Gen, Librium For Sale. Muwafi, cheap Librium, to explore the new ties between Egypt, Syria and Hamas and find out what Cairo was aiming for by the reshuffle of these relationships.
Molcho returned to home just before Independence Day (Tuesday, May 10) with a very despondent report. The only ray of light he saw was the possibility of Syria and Egypt, Librium blogs, each for its own reasons, leaning on Hamas to climb down on its price for setting the Israeli soldier Gilead Shalit free nearly five years after he was kidnapped on the Israeli side of the Gaza border.
While Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak were putting their heads together on tactics for grappling with the explosive new situation Egypt is helping to put in place in the Gaza Strip, Makhlouf put a message from his masters up front: The real danger to Israel of a military flare-up lies in Damascus which continues to call the Palestinian shots.
"We say to our Arab brothers: save us. We need your help more than any time before. It is the moment of truth, Librium without a prescription," Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Salam Fayyad told a news briefing in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

It was not clear when these funds would arrive.
The PA, which is heavily dependent financial support from donors including the United States and the European Union, has called for international intervention to persuade Israel to reverse the decision, Librium For Sale. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon told Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Friday Israel should not withhold the revenues of customs and other levies Israel collects on behalf of the PA on goods imported via Israel to PA-controlled areas.
He said he had intensified his contacts with many world governments to press Israel to release the funds.
Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom told members of Knesset in Jerusalem that the 1993 Olso interim peace accords which set up the transfers states that "a group that calls for Israel's destruction cannot take part in the elections."
"You can't come along and say: 'I want the part of the Oslo Accords that's convenient for me, Discount Librium, and I don't want the part that isn't convenient for me,'" he said.
Fayyad said: "Israel does not have the right to hold our money. Librium For Sale, This is an act of piracy. Israel is not doing us a favor when they transfer it."
Jerusalem charges 3 percent for collecting funds, he noted.
Fayyad said the PA had to borrow from banks to meet its expenditure before the Israeli decision. The monthly cost was $30 million and total bank debt has reached $890 million, Librium treatment, he said.
The salaries paid by the PA include those of around 70,000 employees in the Gaza Strip, who continued to receive their wages even after Hamas seized control of the territory in 2007.

The official would not say whether the speech would lay out an American vision for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as many have called for.
Though the date for Obama’s address has not been set, White House aides are indicating that it could come next week. Obama Spokesman Jay Carney said on Wednesday that the president would speak “fairly soon.”
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton first hinted last month that Obama would be making a speech on the Middle East, Librium overnight, and it was expected that the president would devote significant attention to the peace process, even though the primary topic would be the revolutions sweeping the region.
Since then, however, Hamas and Fatah entered into a unity-government deal that has complicated the American posture toward engaging the Palestinians, and has pushed Israel away from the negotiating table.
At the same time, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has been threatening to go to the United Nations in September to seek recognition of a unilaterally declared Palestinian state, which neither the US nor Israel want to see happen, Librium For Sale.
That threat has prompted speculation that through his speech, Librium over the counter, Obama would try to generate momentum in a different direction.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is due in Washington to deliver his own speech to Congress on May 24. There had been suggestions that he would try to seize the initiative by outlining a new move toward peace ahead of Obama’s address.
Now, however, About Librium, it seems that the US leader is likely to speak first. Librium For Sale, Israel and US officials have been in close contact regarding the upcoming speeches.
The speeches and Netanyahu’s visit – which will include a meeting with Obama on May 20 and a speech before the American Israel Public Affairs Committee three days later – come at a time when both Israelis and Palestinians have insisted that they cannot negotiate.
The Palestinians have long said they will not sit down with Israel until it halts West Bank settlement activity and building Jewish neighborhoods in east Jerusalem.
Israel has said that it will not negotiate with any Palestinian government partnered with Hamas, unless Hamas recognizes the three Quartet principles: renunciation of terrorism, recognition of Israel and acceptance of past agreements.
On Wednesday, Librium long term, Hamas party leader Mahmoud Zahar told Ma’an Radio that recognition of Israel was impossible – even though his organization could accept a Palestinian state along the pre- 1967 lines.
Hamas would accept a Palestinian state “on any part of Palestine,” he said in an interview with the Palestinian news agency Ma’an, Librium For Sale.
Hamas has previously said it is willing to temporarily accept a Palestinian state in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The ultimate goal, however, would be a state of “Palestine in its entirety, Order Librium no prescription, ” the Damascus-based Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal told Charlie Rose of PBS last year.
Formal recognition of Israel, the Gaza-based Zahar, who serves as Hamas’s foreign minister, told Ma’an, would “cancel the right of the next generations to liberate the lands.”
It would jeopardize the right of return for Palestinian refugees who were exiled from the land in 1948, when Israel was recognized by the United Nations, Librium recreational, he said.
But he toned down the rhetoric and said Hamas had agreed to maintain Fatah’s truce with Israel. Librium For Sale, The gesture was “part of resistance,” and was “not a cancellation,” Zahar said.
“Truce is not peace,” he told Ma’an.
According to the news agency, Purchase Librium for sale, Fatah leader Nabil Sha’ath said on Tuesday night that a unity government with Hamas could be formed within 10 days, even though Ma’an reported that Abbas had been told that he could not visit Gaza at this time.

Last week in Cairo, Hamas and Fatah agreed to the creation of a new technocratic PA government that would hold elections within a year, Librium from mexico.
Israeli officials said the creation of a government of technocrats would not allay their fears of a Palestinian government linked to Hamas, Librium For Sale.
The question is who is making the decisions, and telling them what to do, they said. They likened the concept of a technocratic government with fancy attorneys in three-piece suits, hired by the Mafia. Taking Librium, What Hamas is saying is what they have always said: that they want to destroy Israel, and if they are linked to a new Palestinian government, they will continue to work toward Israel’s destruction from the West Bank, the officials said.
Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom said in the Knesset that a renewed Hamas presence in the West Bank would give Iran a foothold there. Librium For Sale, “A Hamas state would constitute another branch of Iran in the region,” at a time when the West is struggling against Iran for control of a region which hosts the world’s oil reserves, he said.
“We must make clear to the world that if it recognizes a Palestinian state in September 2011, it could find out in January 2012 that an Iranian entity has been given an additional foothold in the Middle East.”
Speaking to the European Parliament in Strasbourg, Librium wiki, EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said that the “quest for a negotiated agreement has dominated the region for decades. I continue to believe that a negotiated solution is the only way forward.”
But at the same time, she said, she hoped that the unity of Fatah and Hamas was a positive development – one that was an important part of the process toward a two-state solution.
It was important to judge the unity efforts by their results, Librium alternatives, Ashton said.
Separately, she called on Israel to transfer the tax revenues to the Palestinians that it has withheld since the start of the month. Israel has refused to give the money to the PA until it receives assurances that the money won’t end up in the Hamas coffers, Librium For Sale.
Ashton also spoke out against nongovernmental groups who try to send ships to Gaza to break the Israeli blockade.
“I do not consider a flotilla to be the right response to the humanitarian situation in Gaza,” said Ashton, as she called on Israel to allow more movement of goods and people in and out of the Strip, Librium use.
“I want to see the people of Gaza with a future, and I also want to see Gilad Schalit, captive for years in Gaza, given the chance to go home to his mother and father,” she said. Buy Librium without a prescription,

Diskin Slams Right Wing Activists, Again
by INN Staff
Echoing previous statements that he was more concerned about right-wing activists than Arab terrorists, outgoing Shin Bet chief Yuval Diskin on Wednesday during a speech at Tel Aviv University tried to raise the specter of “Jewish terrorism.”
While conceding sectarian violence by Jews against Arabs is far rarer than the daily terror attacks by Arabs on Jews – and not citing any statistics or incidents to support the existence of such a trend – Diskin argued Jewish terrorism was ideologically worse than Arab terrorism.
It is worse because a Jewish terrorist “has a government and an army, and goes and murders or injures Palestinians or Arabs,” Diskin said, adding, “I see it as a very grave thing.”
Some political observers suggest Diskin is setting the stage to enter left-wing politics.
Previously Diskin revealed his concerns about right-wing activists were based on supposition rather than any actual incidents he could point to.
“I detect anti-government, Librium gel, ointment, cream, pill, spray, continuous-release, extended-release, anti-establishment and even delusional messianic processes within these groups,” Diskin had told reporters at a press conference a week ago.
A source close to the Yesha council, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Diskin's “inability to separate his personal politics from his professional duties” was “disturbing.”
"This kind of aspersion is very ugly and divisive," the source added.
